ABSTRACT
In this research work, inventory control in hospital pharmacy was undertaken with emphasis on its potential in Nsukka local government area of Enugu state. The aim was to analyze currently dominating drug inventory control strategies, find possibility for improvement and apply the principal element of the inventory management to the selection and controlling of inventory in the hospital pharmacy. Inventory control in hospital pharmacy is very necessary as it formulates the future of the health centre and determines its success/ failure. Hence, it targets at enhancing pharm-care services.
Therefore, this study serves to propose the feasible improvement of the hospital pharmacy by implementing the various findings stated within.
